Design Changes & Customizations:

Our designs are put together thoughtfully to create the best overall design. We do not offer any major changes to the design layouts featured beyond the personalization options listed on the product page.

Proofs & Approval

You will receive an e-mail from us within 1-2 business days after your purchase to finalize and confirm your customizations.Your customizations will then be turned Into a digital proof of your chosen design with the appropriate colors + wording, so that you can better envision the final product. We recommend carefully reviewing your proof for any spelling errors or inaccuracies prior to giving us your final approval. We cannot make additional changes or process any refunds once your proofs have been approved.

If you need to make any adjustments, you will have 1 complimentary revision after the initial proof. (any additional revisions will $50 (billed separately)

Your final approval will move our process Into production.

Timeline & Returns

From the time that production starts until you have your cards in hand is about 3-5 weeks.

Due to the nature of our handmade and personalized products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after your final approval. Please note that if you approve an incorrect design or wording in the provided proof, you will be responsible for the cost of reprinting.
