MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS
Opening order minimum is $150. Reorder minimum is $100. Minimum quantities per style are detailed on the page where the product is listed.
Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Website orders will be shipped with the shipping option chosen by the buyer. Email and other orders will be shipped with the most economical option unless otherwise requested by the buyer. We do our best to accommodate requests for quicker shipping services - email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss.
Please allow 1-3 weeks for orders to ship. We seek to process orders in a timely manner and usually ship within a week. Because our paper goods are made by us and there are many steps in our handmade process, we sometimes need a little more time to prepare your order, especially if it requires a large quantity of a single SKU. If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please let us know in the notes at checkout and via email at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
We manufacture our paper goods from scratch in-house. If a specific product is out of stock and will not be restocked within our maximum turnaround time of three weeks, we will ship the remainder of your order as soon as possible and ship the back ordered item free of charge as soon as it becomes available. Payment for the entirety of the order will be collected when the first box ships.
Our paper goods are handmade with love and natural fibers in our California studio. All paper colors are made by us using natural dyes, and all designs are printed with our presses. We check paper and print quality several times in our 17-step process, removing pieces with imperfections that distract from the overall design while leaving room for some variation in texture, shape, natural dye color outcome, letterpress/foil print placement, and ink color and saturation. We feel these variations are what make our products beautiful and special, and we hope that our customers share our love for an artisan aesthetic by embracing the "perfect imperfections" of handmade.
Single cards come in a cello sleeve and art prints come sleeved with a high-quality backer. If you would like to opt for plastic free, please enter "plastic free" in the notes at checkout and we will refund $.15 per item - cards, envelopes and insert cards will come stacked separately, and art prints will come stacked with their backers.
Sets of blank tiny notes come in a cello sleeve - if plastic free is requested, they will come tied with finest paper twine. Sets of cards come tied with finest paper twine with the option of a clear plastic box for $.50 each. Sets must be sold in their original packaging - please do not break up sets.
Each item comes with a small note tastefully matte printed on cardstock with a short description and photographs of our process.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges must be initiated and postmarked within five days of receiving your order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the return process. All products must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the return or exchange is the fault of the seller.
Cancellation or changes must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order, unless order has shipped in which case cancellations and changes may not be made.
